This Event Holds a Special Place in Our Hearts…Won’t you join us?
Every year, the Children’s Learning Center (CLC) puts together the Summer Night GLOW 5K Run/Walk fundraiser to support its Step Ahead Program, which benefits children with special needs and developmental delays.
The Summer Night GLOW 5K is a fun race where participants get decked out in neon and glow-in-the-dark attire to “light up the night.” Participants enjoy music, a photo booth with souvenir photo strips and other fun activities on site. Throughout the race, you’ll see stations designed to keep the glow-in-the-dark fun theme going.
It’s a fun race that supports a worthy cause.
What is the CLC?
The CLC is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization offering care to children from birth through 60 months of age. The type of care they provide varies widely. Some children receive early intervention for learning disabilities, while others learn how to play and socialize with their peers.
The skills taught at the CLC set these children up for a lifetime of positive development.
The McGrath family is grateful for the therapy Mark received at the CLC and they want to give back so more families can experience the same care. That’s why we’re putting together a team to participate in the Summer Night GLOW 5K run/walk in support of this worthy organization.
How You Can Be a Part of the Race
We’re putting together a team to run the race and we’d love for our customers to join us.
Click here to sign up. Under “Team Name” write “McGrath Insurance Group.” You’ll automatically be registered under our team. Look for Melissa and others from the McGrath Insurance Group office on the night of the race and run with us while we support the CLC.
